We recognize that you might not always have a full month's worth of product rendering work. Perhaps you only have one or two 3D product rendering requests at the moment. This is where the convenient option of pausing your subscription comes into play.
Our billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. For instance, let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days before deciding to pause your subscription. In this scenario, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll retain 10 days of service that can be used at any point in the future.
